What type of headphones would utilize the built in hifi headphone amplifier of the more expensive ht omega claro? 40 dollar fatal1ty or only better ones?

Is the onboard sound card on an asus p6t deluxe v2 mobo adequate for a Logitech Z-5500 setup. If not, whats a good card? Thanks.

I am building my first computer and I left about 350 dollars aside for an audio setup. I guess 5.1, but I don't know much else. The mobo is going to be an Asus P6T Deluxe v2. Do I need a better sound card? What are good brands for the speakers? Any help is appreciated.
