My lenovo vibe k4 mobile is not able to switch on,only displaying lenovo logo after some switching off then i came to know that s/w has corrupted and needs to install s/w. When i connect to pc to install s/w getting "USB Device not recognized".So how to over come this and install s/w Thanks...
