Hi guys, I am trying to open my laptop to put on some thermal paste but can't unscrew this screw to proceed. I do not know the word to describe it so I will upload pictures instead. First pic is a normal hole that I can unscrew easily. Second pic is the problem, the screw is stuck in the ring...
