uninstall nvidia hd audio driver from "add remove programs" or "uninstall programs". that will fix the stuttering issue on nvidia cards. if not then uninstall everything nvidia from "add remove programs" then install reinstall. doesn't matter if you have the latest drivers currently installed or...
