    Replacing DVD player in home theater system

    I have an old Panasonic SC-HT940 surround sound system. The DVD player no longer works properly and the system doesn't connect to my new TV (LG 43UF6430). Is there a current DVD player that will connect to my speakers and TV? Thanks much!
