    well its not soo hard this one is better: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/lenovo/flex-series/flex-2-14/ cause the processor is better ofc :P,but u say u cant spend more then 700 soo if u still want an windows 8 and the same laptop u should buy this one...
