Can that be done without seeing the screen? Cause it ain't putting anything out HDMI added a vid card and still nothing visual

So windows updated my tower bios and then it start fine I shut it down the next day all i got was blue screen no acer logo no nothing and a half hearted start... like it run for a bit then just stopped the startup I have an scer aspire tc 120 that blue screened and my tech buddy told me the bios...
