    "different home" you are refering to a long destance then. No unless you can get an ethernet cable connected or a really strong wifi repeater wich are really expensive. Buying another "box" will be cheaper.

    The optimal minimum is 8000kbps for 60fps, 5000 for 30fps. Getting higher bitrate than 30000kbps will not be noticable at 1080p going for 20000 will have garunteened good quality.

    The 7 2700U or I7 8th gen then. I have looked at some of the programs and those do not need really much CPU power but for 3D moddeling the 1080ti is a good pick for large projects if you have small projects the 1070 or 1080 will do just as fine. I would aslo recommend an SSD.

    AMD TR2 and the 1080TI the 1080TI or the 2080TI Because it offers 11GB of VRAM and that is great when using 3D programs. I would also recommend to get 32Gb of RAM but with 2500 Dollars you should be able to get all this.
