2gb of RAM won't play any games more complicated than Minesweeper, and maybe not that.

I'd definitely look into getting at least 8gb if you can. If it doesn't support 12, I'd just get another 4gb stick, or 2 8gb sticks.

No one has a working Xbox 360 or PS3 emulator yet. Our computers aren't strong enough to emulate it in software yet. I think the closest is Xenia for the 360.

Download HitmanPro from another pc onto a cd/usb, and try to boot the infected computer with that. Thing is, if the files really are encrypted, you're screwed if you don't feel like paying.
