    REciever dos not have wifi. I fixed the problem by running an optical cable from tv out to a/v in. just select the correct optical number on the reciever remote. Thanks so much anyway.

    the TV is a smart Panasonic tv. the streaming is done by the apt for Amazon. I get a great picture but sound is from the tv, not my a/v receiver. My receiver is not wifi.
