    Solved! Can memory probelsin samsung J3 be solved by inserting new SD card.

    My wife's Samsung J3 is constantly running short of memory yet has a lot of space on the current SD card. It is not possible to move apps . From reading up on this the memory settings are made when the phone is first activated .Could \/this be reset by inserting a new sd card
