Hello, I have purchased Asus N550jv laptop. It has 12 GB of ram. When I checked the Asus website it shows that the maximum ram that can be installed is 16 GB. But according to intel's website my processor (i7-4700HQ) can support upto 32GB of ram. So how come Asus only says maximum 16GB?
