Indeed the Copy of the Windows was the problem, i installed another version of Windows 8.1 and now all works as intended, thanks a lot for your help.

My copy is genuine, I have a license till June 2015, as i am student, i have a dreamspark account, I will try another copy of windows to see if this also happens with another version, I'll try this tomorrow and come back with new info Thanks
