How do you reply? Accidentally downvoted you Kenton. What I was trying to say is I have the same problem and my model is a e32c-1. You see we moved and i can use the tv and have the hdmi set up but the volume is really loud. I can't find the remote so I'm stuck with the one button. Any help?
