how would i reset the os ?

malware bytes and other programs have failed to remove it. Also there is a couple different programs with the manufacturer autoit v3 that have been running.

I'm having an issue with regsvcs.exe. I think it is a virus i have three resvcs.exe in my processes in windows task manager. two of them have the description of microsoft. the one doesnt have microsoft as description. it wont let me end process or locate the file. And i keep getting...
