That's the thing I can't undo two screws so I can't get a good look at the motherboard and I took nothing out or apart

I was looking at the insides observing the headphone port because it was loose and while doing so it shut off. I was unable to get a good look cause two screws don't want to come out and I am trying to figure out what's wrong.

I can only hear out one ear and this really saddens me because I got this pair off a warranty I got with my first pair. And my first pair had the same issue, I tried messing with my configuration settings, flipping the cable backwards, pressing the side and nothing worked. Only close I got was...
