When I go to the Nvidia Control Panel, I have the "High Performance NVIDIA Processor" Selected, and Power Management Mode is set to "Prefer Maximum Power." Are there any other settings on the control panel that would effect the fps? Thanks

When I play games with my laptop plugged in, the games run great. In csgo I get about 120-130 fps, but as soon as I unplug my laptop I only get 20 fps. Other games run smoothly when it's plugged in, but as soon as I unplug it they only get like 9 fps. My power plan for the laptop when it's not...
