    Hmmm, maybe download a Hardware monitor to check temps and stuff, ssd software (ie: samsung ssd magician) and when your warranty runs out (assuming you have 1 year) you could open it and dust it really well and maybe change thermal paste.

    Have you tried the sound mixer in windows? sometimes that gets knocked down pretty low.

    Then these performance issues may be software/driver or game related, you could try optimizing your game settings in your gpu drivers..

    Go around and make sure everything is connected properly, even if one ram stick isnt in right, it can affect your performance a lot. This also include any power cables.
