    My dell laptop is infected. I have done more than one factory resets and its still very bad. Please, help!

    I am nearing the end of my rope with this computer. I have tried factory reset, to no avail. The viruses are visible in the processes menu in the task manager. They are called: CSRSS.exe, and WINLOGON.exe. please, help! I can't afford to get a new computer or take it to a shop!
