now i enabled Virtualization Technology. My HDD seem in bios. But still not in device manager and my computer

I have the same problem. I couldn't solve it. My HDD in cdrom caddy, doesn't seem in both bios and device manager. I don't know waht to do. Yes there is a switch on caddy. there are three modes. I use the middle mode. It was working at the beginning. But now hdd doesnt seem in anywhere.
