Thank you very much for your response! None of the keys on my keyboard work so I can't use any shortcuts. I've also gone to settings and set things as I wish but it didn't change anything. I've updated the keyboard device, nothing changed. I've also rebooted my laptop, but nothing has changed. :(

Yes, it has a touch screen. The keyboard just stopped working. I've rebooted it several times but still doesn't work.
