make sure you are not blocking any air vents and you can try undervolting your cpu if temps is a huge problem for you. as for csgo they recently updated their graphics for all maps which is probably why it's harder for your laptop to run.

your temps are fine, but if you want to drop 10-20c you can try undervolting your cpu and replacing the stock thermal paste that came with your laptop

youre sacrificing a lot of performance by disabling turbo boost. If you want your laptop to run cooler I would suggest undervolting your cpu and replacing the oem thermal paste
