SOLVED: been seeing this on mu customers' computers: laptops & desktops, Windows 10 & 7 32 bit. Re-install the manufacturer's chipset patch. This overwrites the microcode installed by MS to resolve the security issue with reading cached passwords etc. Worked on both Win7 & 10 for me.
