Solved! I'm not really tech-savvy, but I think my graphics card has been heavily underperforming.
While UserBenchmark may not be the best of benchmarks, it's good enough to tell if there's an obvious error. Seeing how both your CPU and GPU scored at the bottom of the barrel... are they overheating? Does your laptop have enough room to intake fresh air (like on a hard flat surface?) Since...- erik62905
