Well, I been using Chrome Canary for a month and it works fine, no blinking or any other issues while standard Chrome makes taskbar icons blink from time to time. A really weird issue. No one knows how to fix it yet? No one had this issue before?

By usage I mean CPU. There is really nothing special in processes. Well, I noticed that during the blink there is windows explorer, some kind of remote service, WMI provider host, state repository service... all of them use mere ~0,2% CPU during the blink... Nothing special... Don't have any...

Haven't noticed any unusual processes. As said, I did a fresh reinstall of Windows, so there can't be any side or unwanted processes. The only thing I notice is the moment the icons blink windows explorer usage increases from 0% to mere 0,1-0,2%. And this happens in Sage Mode too, only with Chrome.

Tried all of these options, but non of them fixed the issue.

Well, I can say it's very silent in both OC and silent modes. I almost do not hear gpu fans. CPU is FX-8350 X8 4.0GHz.

Is there at least a 1-2 fps difference when you playing in silent, gaming or oc mode? I have MSI GTX760, but I do not notice any fps changes is it silent or oc mode. So, is it worth using oc mode or is it complete waste of power consumption and not worth using it? Has someone seen any benchmarks...
