I use amateurish to Photoshop or design website.I just needed a little bit better display like standard notebook.Thinkpad E540 worse than other notebook. if I upgrade FHD display, Is it a difference

I have Lenovo Thinkpad E540 but it has bad display.Not Suitable for use Photoshop or design website. My notebook supports Full HD display but Only I dont want high resolution I want high resolution and quality TN display. What am I do? CPU:i5-4200M GPU: Intel HD 4600 Memory: 12GB Display...
