I just did it this afternoon. It was pretty easy, and there's a nice video on YouTube showing the whole process (3 screws on a 6430u). The only catches were that there are now 3 antenna wires, so you may have to fish the blue wire out from under if it's hidden, and the white wi-fi wire is now...
