    Before i purchase a new battery, can i confirm that it is the battery that is the issue? Doesn't start without the battery and only charger plugged in. Think i have had the original battery for about 3 years now

    Yo! Yesterday my laptop shut down just randomly while watching series in bed. I didnt care much so i closed it and went to sleep. This morning however, it started to shut down in a couple of seconds after turning it on. Note: can't start without charger it seems.
