I didn´t pay much attention when posting that link, but it did cross my mind. My money is on "I downloaded the wrong bios" or "I downloaded a corrupted bios", but I don´t want to discard the other options.

So, My laptop was having an issue that when I tried to restart it, it would just shut down, and I thought it was an out-dated bios, so I went ahead and got a bios from the samsung website, flashed, and tried to restart with no luck. I first get the splash screen with the options to enter...
