Before you close this, consider that Windows CE 5 was commonly run on early PMPs (c 2006) allowing many Windows features to be run. PMPs are ARM and if you don't know what a PMP is, they are/were early versions of tablets. Most had 4" - 5" touchscreens, hosting ability, played movies, music...
