I did. I slowed the repeat rate and changed the repeat delay to long. It seems that the double space tends to occur more often the nearer to the right edge the spacebar is struck.

If I am not careful, about a third of the time I strike the spacebar with my right thumb results in a double space. I have turned down the sensitivity but to no avial. I called Toshiba and they quoted me a price to replace the entire keyboard. Would it be possible to replace just the spacebar?
