    yes. 1080P has HDR. But when the 1080P was popular, there is no HDR. So most of HDR come with 4K.

    I think you can try to use and HDMI audio extractor, HDMI TO HDMI and with optical/RCA audio break out, then you can connect to your soundbar. or AV receiver.
