Thanks for the response. I want to narrow down what is causing the issue as I described. Has the main board or something else failed based on what I described?

If necessary, please move the post to another category. I have an Emerson TV and it is not turning on. After I hit the power button, the power light will blink RED at least 20 times then stop then go to a solid red light. The Emerson TV logo will briefly appear on the screen then disappear...
