Thank you again @joel i will try to reset my internet explorer sittings to default and see how it goes but my issues is that any download related to websites or http if thats what its called is slow because all browsers i use explorer/chrome/firefox or even apps like Internet download manager...

Thank you @joel for the fast answer, mostly i use chrome as my default browser and i scanned and removed all addons and kept only adblock. i believe i never made any reset on my internet settings but i will reset my internet explorer and chrome to default and feedback
