I'm sure.the 4gb one come without win 10. 2gb with win 10 include.

I just buy ASUS X441SA with RAM 2gb onboard, preinstalled Win10 64bit. The problem is the computer is running very slow, even if i only try to open Chrome, with another Office program... Can somebody help me to explain...Can we chane the RAM Onlboard?because i don't know why ASUS create a laptop...
