Ok so if we have the same problem it is not the bass that is loose (luckily) it's the 2 cords connecting the bass to the headphones that's loose and keeps tapping the plastic. My fix was to open the headphones up* you'll need a small screwdriver for this. be aware of any cords in it! They can...
