Never mind guys! The solution was kind of hilarious! I just plugged it into a different USB port and it worked! -

Turtle Beach X12 Headset won't power on
I just got new Turtle Beach X12 Headsets for my PC, as my old ones were worn and broken. I plugged the cables in the correct locations but I noticed the headphones did not turn on. There was no light, sound or anything! Please help if you can. :)
