I have had this problem with 2 different asus laptops. i finally realized that it happens when i won't pay for mcafee, which became next to impossible to remove, but NOT COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE!!! I removed McAfee and i no longer have the problem. its a shut down virus, planted by an antivirus...
