    If it's charging with another charger, then it's either his charger (or possibly just the cable).     Well, you can't actually remove Zynga, as they are the maker of a number of games. See the following: https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Zynga&hl=en If you have any of those games, simply uninstall them.

    What version of Windows? 32 or 64bit? Having 32bit Java installed on a 64bit OS can cause this. Also, try enabling / disabling ClearType in Windows and see if that helps.
