    That’s exactly how I reinstalled it, from their website. I’ve sorted the problem of adding email addresses, I had to do via the control panel, but I still don’t have the option to add a profile picture.

    Now i’ve got another problem, I deleted office 365 from my laptop, then reinstalled office, but now I can’t install any email accounts what so ever, just keeps asking me to re submit my info etc.

    Hi helpstar Sorry about that. I’m on Windows 10, using office 365 and it’s on my personal laptop at home.
