Yes. I used the options regularly prior to the upgrade. The upgrade was the standard Android upgrade, notified by the phone as "A system upgrade is available". It was the update to Android Pie (i.e. Android 9).

If I try to turn the hotspot on by pressing the button in settings, it briefly changes color and then goes back to the off state. If I long press the mobile hotspot icon and click the on-off switch, it slides across to on, then immediately slides back to off. I've tried it with the...
