Hi Matilda, no not hot, no crashing or blue screen...web pages come up quick its just the tv streaming is sort of jerky ,shadowy, bad quality, speech is fine though.I tried deleting all history, cookies , disabling hardware accelerator...the netbook is 4 months old.i did a factory reset as tv...

ok so i managed to find an msi live updater ..installed updated drivers ,checked Bios..still getting bad quality filmon ,netflix itv player and you tube...any more ides...ive been on this for 2 days now ..arrgghh :cry:

Hello, i have msi wind u180..i have just done a factory reset...now vidoes are bad quality..jerky and out of sync..any ideas..already played around with res and hertz etc
