Just got off the phone with Mitsubishi. The best offer they would give me on my 2008 WD-C657 with the white dots was replacement of the DMD chip, but they never offered the lamp or to pay for the labor. I spoke to 3 reps and a supervisor, and all would not offer anything above the replacement...
