    Did you try reinstalling the graphics driver? or de-installing the display driver and restarting your device?

    Did you ever take your laptop apart? because if so, you might have squished the Display cable and that wouldn't be really good

    Help, I can't update the BIOS of my Toshiba Tecra R950 Everytime I try and use the program to do so, it says "An error occurred while preparing the update environment. You have not given permission to execute the update." I don't know what to do.
