Note: I had the glorified "power options" the Power4Gear Hybrid Utility ASUS has for this system on here and found it runs much smoother uninstalled and everything set manually in the BIOS. Just my two cents buts i think its worthless bloatware.

Ya you have 105 processes holy cow, I never top 70 processes and thats when I am playing a game and recording it, or editing in CS6/Maya 2014/Cinema 4D so you have something wrong there.
