    Laptop reboot instead of shutting down

    Hi my new laptop HP envy dv6 it is working great but sometimes when i select reboot from windows it turn off instead now i'am running ubuntu 14 still the same problem turning off instead of reboot it does not happen all the time it happens about 3 times out off 10 any ideas ?
