Hello, So, I recently did a refresh in windows 8, so, I expected it to basically set it back to factory state but with windows 8 on it. NOPE. ALL my drivers are gone and now none of the windows sounds will play :(. And it's also UNINSTALLED all my acer updating tools etc that look important...
