    Hi, I own a Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5104 laptop that runs on windows 8 and when attempting to update to windows 8.1 the laptop downloads the windows then when restarting it gets to 82% and won't go farther. What do I do, I have tried 2 times with the same result.
