gt 740m is not a bad graphics card so... yep you can say it's good maybe even better than the dell! :)

If ur using it mostly for gaming then 8gb ram is crucial and it has a better graphics card, i don't know.......... well ur probably using it for gaming then i'd say........... take it, take the dell! for normal use i'd chose lenovo instead of dell but the dell inspiron should give a much much...

i don't know why it cost $140 more than the dell because the processor difference is you can say negligeble while the dell has more RAM as well as a better graphics card, in my case it certainly is not worth $140 over the dell inspiron 15r. my choice is dell!
