    Connect the DVI of the motherboard with your monitor and check if you can see anything on the screen.

    If you connect your bootable device (flash drive or cd) it should be able to boot the windows installation menu, provided that the device is indeed bootable and has been set as your first bootable drive from the BIOS.

    No you must do a clean windows reinstallation so that the new motherboard gets can function properly.

    Once you change your motherboard, you must reinstall windows. Otherwise, your computer will *NOT be impossible to operate normally.

    As far as I am aware you can only use your phone to browse in youtube, using the tv's youtube app.
